  • Holding an NEBOSH National Certificate in Construction Health and Safety in conjunction with many years of experience I can provide both Principal Designer and CDM advisory services as required.

    Under the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations of 2015 there is a requirement for a Principal Designer to be appointed to plan, manage and monitor the pre-construction phase of a development.
